odostrada — it's your business.
Snap your odometer. Instantly see exact trip distances. Classify business or personal use. Export organized trip reports built for self-employed tax deductions. All local. No accounts required.
Android now has a native Google Play app. iPhone users should open odostrada in Safari for the best available setup.
Odometer anchors replace constant GPS tracking.
Three steps. Full control.
Enter or snap a photo of your odometer reading on arrival. Location is requested only at that moment.
The next anchor computes the exact distance traveled from the prior anchor. No background route tracking required.
Tag business or personal use, split mixed-use trips, and export organized reports for your own bookkeeping workflow.

Most apps ask you to trust their policy. odostrada is built so the data never reaches us in the first place.
Free or paid, you never create a login. Nothing to breach, nothing to sell.
Your trips, odometer readings, and locations never touch our servers. For paid access recovery, your billing email passes transiently through our server to verify your purchase — it is not stored. Your payment processor handles billing under its own terms.
Location is only requested when you create an anchor. No always-on tracking, no battery drain, no movement profile.
You can back up to your own Google Drive or iCloud. We never have access to it.
Free or paid, no ads. odostrada doesn't sell your attention.
No analytics SDK, no session recording, no usage telemetry. What you do in the app stays in the app.
Works Smarter
odostrada catches likely mistakes before they become bad records, and pre-fills what it already knows so logging stays fast. No AI, no cloud, no surveillance — just a well-designed tool that respects your time.
odostrada captures the date, distance, location, and business purpose the IRS requires for every trip. Claim the standard mileage rate with confidence — your exported CSV contains everything your accountant or tax preparer needs to maximize your deductions.
Also useful for HMRC (UK), Belastingdienst (Netherlands), DGFiP (France), German tax-office travel rules, CRA (Canada), and ATO (Australia).

FAQ
odostrada works a little differently from route-tracking apps. That is intentional. These are the questions most people need answered before they decide whether the workflow fits their business.
odostrada uses odometer anchors instead of all-day route logging. You record a reading when you arrive, and the next reading calculates the exact trip distance between those two points. Location can be requested at that moment to help identify where the anchor happened, but the app is not designed to build a continuous movement trail in the background.
The first reading for any vehicle becomes that vehicle's starting anchor. It does not create a trip by itself, because there is nothing before it to measure against. The next reading on that same vehicle creates the first trip segment. This is especially important if you use more than one vehicle, because each vehicle keeps its own odometer chain.
No. Photos and point-in-time GPS are optional tools, not hard requirements for the core log. You can type odometer readings manually, and you can choose or create location tags without GPS. The point of the app is to help you create clean records with as little friction as possible, not force a single workflow.
No. odostrada includes a miles or kilometers preference and is useful anywhere a self-employed driver or small business needs a structured trip log. The app is designed around core recordkeeping fields like date, distance, location context, and business purpose, which also makes it a practical fit for users working with systems such as HMRC in the UK, CRA in Canada, and ATO in Australia. You should still confirm your own local tax rules and documentation standards.
odostrada gives you the shortcuts people actually want, without the surveillance they do not. It can suggest likely vehicles, locations, odometer readings, and business purposes using the records already on your device, including your own prior anchors, nearby saved places, and most-used tags. So logging gets faster and smarter, without background tracking, without server-side trip storage, and without an account.
You can edit a trip later, including its category and location tags. If one recorded segment really covered more than one purpose or should be broken apart, odostrada also lets you split the trip so the mileage can be assigned more accurately instead of forcing one label onto the whole distance.
CSV and photo exports preserve the basics, but they do not restore the app state. Full backup and restore is the explicit app-level way to protect against device loss, move to a new device, or keep a stable backup in cloud or local storage you control. Unless you rely on a full phone backup, which is not the same thing and is not something odostrada can explicitly verify or restore from inside the app, exports alone should not be treated as a complete recovery plan.
Not always. On iPhone, a normal Safari tab and a Home Screen launch can behave like different app contexts, especially around storage persistence and browser UI. If you want the best iPhone web experience, open odostrada in Safari first and then use Share to Add to Home Screen.
Android users can install odostrada from Google Play today. iPhone users should use the odostrada web app in Safari and then use Share to Add to Home Screen if they want the best available iPhone workflow today. A native iPhone app is still planned for a future release, and timing may change.
No. odostrada does not store your trip data on our servers and does not have access to your trip log. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to export or back them up somewhere you control, such as your own local storage or your own cloud storage.
Business Pro is for people who need more than one business, more than one vehicle, or a much smoother backup and restore workflow. The free tier is enough to test the system and keep exports of your underlying records. Business Pro is what makes the app practical for more serious daily use with less manual overhead.
Location tags are reusable places, so the same saved location can be used across vehicles. Trip purpose tags are business-specific, because the reasons you drive for one business do not always make sense for another. odostrada can still suggest the most relevant locations per vehicle and the most-used purposes per business.

Privacy
odostrada is operated by Mana Kitchen LLC. In this Privacy Policy, “odostrada,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Mana Kitchen LLC in connection with the odostrada app and related services.
1. Overview. odostrada is a local-first business trip logging app. In ordinary app use, trip logs, trip history, and odometer images are intended to remain stored on your device rather than being transmitted to our servers for central storage.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device. Depending on how you use the app, odostrada may store locally on your device information such as odometer readings, trip distances, trip classifications, vehicle and business labels, images you capture, export files, and backup files you choose to create.
3. Location Data. Precise location may be requested when you manually create an anchor or use features that depend on anchor location. odostrada is not designed to perform continuous background route tracking as part of ordinary use.
4. Camera and Photos. Camera access may be used to capture odometer images. If you choose to import or export images or backup files, the app may also request access to relevant device storage, photos, or files as needed for those user-initiated actions.
5. Purchases, Entitlements, and Platform Services. If you purchase or use paid features, app marketplaces and third-party service providers used for billing, subscription management, entitlement validation, fraud prevention, app distribution, or similar operational purposes may process limited account, device, app-instance, purchase, and transaction-related information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use this Privacy Policy to override those third-party terms.
6. Diagnostics and Support. We do not seek to receive your trip logs, odometer images, or trip history in ordinary app operation. However, if you contact us for support, we may receive and retain the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, screenshots, exports, attachments, device details, or diagnostic information you send us.
7. How We Use Information We Receive. To the extent we receive information directly from you or through app marketplace and operational service providers, we may use it to provide customer support, verify purchases or access rights, maintain app functionality, detect abuse or fraud, comply with law, and protect our rights and the security of the app.
8. Sharing. We do not sell your trip logs or odometer images. We may share limited information when necessary with service providers that help us operate the app or its paid access features, with app marketplaces involved in distribution or billing, in connection with a business transfer, or when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
9. Data Retention. Locally stored app content remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the app, overwrite it, or remove it through your own device or app actions. Information you send to us directly, or information processed by third-party operational providers, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for support, billing, security, legal, or operational purposes.
10. Backups, Exports, and User Control. You control whether to create or share exports and backups. Regular CSV and image exports may preserve the underlying record information you choose to keep, but they are not the same as full in-app backup and restore and may require manual merging, file organization, or re-entry. Backup, export, and restore functionality may vary by tier, platform, browser, and device. For browser-based and PWA use, including iPhone web app use, locally stored data may be deleted, cleared, evicted, become inaccessible, or fail to persist due to browser, operating system, device, or storage behavior outside our control. Once you export, back up, transfer, email, upload, or otherwise move data outside the app, its confidentiality and retention may depend on the services, devices, locations, and people you choose to use.
11. Children. odostrada is intended for adult business use and is not directed to children under 13.
12. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above when changes are posted. Your continued use of the app after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
13. Contact. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

That local storage may be cleared, evicted, become inaccessible, fail to persist, or be removed due to device settings, browser settings, operating-system behavior, storage pressure, app or web app deletion, software updates, or other platform behavior outside our control. Regular CSV and image exports may preserve underlying record information, but they are not equivalent to full in-app backup and restore and may require manual merging, file organization, or re-entry.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of odostrada products and paid features made through authorized payment providers. Refund handling may depend on where you purchased odostrada, including direct web checkout providers, Google Play, and, if offered in the future, app marketplace billing providers such as the Apple App Store.
1. Initial Subscription Purchases
You may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial subscription purchase. After that 14-day period, the initial subscription purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only and does not refund the current billing period.
3. Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime purchases are refundable within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. After that 14-day period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase or believe there was a billing error, contact us and we will review and correct verified duplicate charges or billing mistakes.
5. How to Request a Refund
For purchases made directly through an odostrada-authorized web checkout provider, contact [email protected] and include the purchase email address, purchase date, and relevant transaction details. We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request. For purchases made through Google Play, refunds may be subject to the applicable Google Play refund process and policies instead of direct handling by us. If odostrada is offered through the Apple App Store in the future, refunds for purchases made there may be subject to the applicable marketplace refund process and policies instead of direct handling by us.
6. Payment Processor Handling
Refund processing may be carried out through an authorized payment provider. The timing of any approved refund may depend on the payment method, provider, and, where applicable, app marketplace processing times.
7. Contact
Refund questions may be sent to [email protected].

Legal
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Mana Kitchen LLC, operator of the odostrada app (“Operator,” “odostrada,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and governs your access to and use of the odostrada application, including any related updates, content, and features (collectively, the “App”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you use the App on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App for your own internal personal or business recordkeeping purposes on devices you own or control, solely as permitted by this Agreement and the applicable app marketplace rules.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The App is licensed, not sold. The App, including its software, design, branding, text, layout, and all associated intellectual property rights, remains the property of the Operator and its licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
4. Restrictions
You may not, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, bypass security or paywall controls, use the App for unlawful purposes, or use the App in a way that interferes with its operation or the rights of others.
5. Product Scope and Tiers
Free Tier: Supports a limited number of businesses, vehicles, and export features as described in the App or store listing at the time of use. Regular CSV and image exports may be sufficient to preserve underlying record information, but they are not the same as one-step full backup and restore inside the App.
Business Pro and Other Paid Tiers: May provide expanded feature limits, backup capability, subscription access, lifetime access, or other paid functionality as made available by the Operator from time to time.
6. Billing, Subscriptions, and Marketplace Terms
Billing: Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, refunds where applicable, and payment processing are generally handled by the relevant app marketplace or authorized billing provider, not directly by the Operator.
Auto-Renewal: If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it renews unless you cancel through your marketplace account settings before the renewal cutoff specified by that marketplace.
Cancellation: Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime Access: If offered, “lifetime” access means access for the functional lifespan of that offering as maintained by the Operator on then-supported platforms, subject to this Agreement, app evolution, legal compliance, and platform availability.
Marketplace Terms: Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms, rules, and policies of the app marketplace from which you downloaded it. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and mandatory marketplace terms, the mandatory marketplace terms control only to the extent required.
7. Your Data, Backups, and User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the data, images, classifications, exports, backups, and other content you create, store, or share using the App. You are also solely responsible for maintaining independent backups and protecting exported or backed-up files once they leave the App or your device. Regular CSV and image exports may preserve underlying record information, but they are not equivalent to full in-app backup and restore and may require manual merging, file organization, or re-entry. For browser-based and PWA versions of the App, including iPhone web app use, locally stored data may be deleted, cleared, evicted, become inaccessible, or fail to persist due to browser, operating system, device, or storage behavior outside our control. We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, deleted, overwritten, inaccessible, or misdirected user data.
8. No Tax, Legal, or Accounting Advice
The App is a recordkeeping tool only. The Operator does not provide tax, legal, accounting, audit, or regulatory advice. Descriptions such as “CPA-ready,” “tax-ready,” or similar refer to formatting and workflow convenience only and do not guarantee legal sufficiency, tax treatment, audit acceptance, or compliance with any governmental standard. You are solely responsible for reviewing entries, retaining required substantiation, and determining whether your records satisfy your own legal, tax, or business obligations.
9. OCR, Calculations, and Accuracy
OCR, distance calculations, trip classification tools, and related features are provided for convenience only. You must review and verify all entries, images, distances, dates, and classifications before relying on them. The Operator is not responsible for errors, omissions, audit outcomes, penalties, lost deductions, filing positions, or business decisions arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unreviewed information.
10. Changes to the App
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, tiers, pricing, compatibility, functionality, or support for all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law and marketplace requirements. Nothing in this Agreement obligates us to continue any specific feature, tier, or version indefinitely.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or paid features at any time if we believe you have violated this Agreement, misused the App, engaged in fraud, created security or legal risk, failed to satisfy payment obligations, or if continued offering of the App becomes commercially impractical or legally problematic. Upon termination, your license ends immediately, but sections intended to survive will remain in effect.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, PREVENT DATA LOSS, OR SATISFY ANY LEGAL, TAX, OR AUDIT STANDARD.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, TAX POSITION, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE OPERATOR OR THROUGH THE APP MARKETPLACE FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, managers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App, your data or content, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of law or the rights of any third party.
15. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, you and the Operator agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will update the effective date or post the revised version within the App, on the App listing, or on our website as appropriate. Your continued use of the App after the revised Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by law.
17. General
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the App, except where supplemented by mandatory marketplace terms.
